One of the most important requirements of each tour is the suitable route. All routes were tested by us and our guides. The curvy, narrow streets are paradise on earth for experienced drivers. For less experienced drivers and beginners some routes are too difficult.
The tours which are rated NORMAL are made for less experienced drivers, which have never been driving outside their home countries or more difficult routes.
NORMAL
The whole route is made of partially really curvy asphalt streets which are however easy to manage. On these tours you have to be able to handle your bike well.
A minimum of 5.000 km driving experience and regular driving at home are required to take part.
You can’t use the tour to improve your driving skills!
CHALLENGING
The route is made off very narrow asphalt streets with a lot of curves and some serpentines in the mountains. The driving behavior has to be adapted to the local conditions.
Sometimes there is a lot traffic there and the behavior in traffic is generally different than what one is used to from back home. You have to be an experienced driver to take part in these tours.
A minimum of 7.000 km driving experience and regular driving at home are required to participate.
VERY CHALLENGING
Here also applies: The route is made off very narrow asphalt streets with a lot of curves and some serpentines in the mountains. The driving behavior has to be adapted to the local conditions.
